Total Body Reformer

Moderate-load, flowing Reformer class

Our Reformer classes are designed for clients with an established movement foundation. Classes move at a steady pace and assume you can comfortably transition on and off the Reformer, follow layered instructions, and tolerate moderate strength work.

This class is best suited to you if:

  • You are currently exercising regularly

  • You feel confident with basic Pilates movements

  • You are not managing acute pain or early-stage recovery

If you are returning to exercise, recovering from surgery or injury, managing health concerns, or feel unsure about your current capacity, we strongly recommend beginning with Strength in Stillness to ensure a safe and positive experience.

Strength In Stillness

A supportive entry point to Pilates-based strength

Strength in Stillness is our most accessible strength class. It focuses on low-load, controlled movements, slower pacing, and plenty of options, allowing you to build strength and confidence without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

This class is ideal if you are:

  • New to Pilates or strength training

  • Returning to exercise after time away

  • Managing pain, fatigue, or health concerns

  • Recovering from surgery or injury (with clearance)

  • Unsure which class is right for you right now

Strength in Stillness provides a safe, supportive environment to reconnect with movement and establish a strong foundation before progressing to higher-load or faster-paced classes.

Pre & Post Natal Pilates

We are so excited to finally be able to offer Pre & Post Natal Pilates classes.

They are designed to support you through pregnancy and beyond with safe, intelligent movement. These sessions focus on strength, mobility, breath, and connection, helping you feel supported as your body changes and recovers.

Whether you’re preparing for birth or returning to movement after having a baby, this class provides a calm, supportive environment with expert guidance tailored to each stage.

Foundation Pilates

Foundation Pilates is designed for those new to Reformer Pilates or anyone who wants a clear, confident introduction before joining a group class.

In this 30-minute, 2:1 session, you’ll work closely with an instructor and one other participant to learn how the Reformer works, practice foundational movements, and understand the structure and pace of our group classes. This ensures you can enter your first class feeling prepared, comfortable, and ready to focus on the work — not the equipment.

Foundation Pilates is scheduled at a mutually agreed time between you and your instructor and provides the technical and movement foundations needed to transition smoothly into Strength in Stillness or Total Body Reformer, as appropriate.

This class is the recommended starting point if you are unfamiliar with the Reformer or unsure which class is right for you

Jump Boards

A fun dynamic class that is all about low impact jumping.

Used to create a HIIT workout and get the blood pumping while lying down or positioned in a way that is as low impact on the joints and body as possible.

We promise that you will never look at jumping the same after one of these sessions. You will absolutely love it.

Mature Movers

A gentle, slow-paced Pilates reformer class designed specifically for over 55’s.

This class focuses on improving balance, flexibility, core strength, and joint stability—key areas to support healthy aging and daily mobility.

With mindful movements and supportive instruction, participants will build confidence, enhance posture, and move with greater ease. Ideal for those looking to stay active, mobile, and strong in a safe and welcoming environment.

30 Minutes duration, to ensure that the body can stay focused for the entire class.
